Florida Licensure
License Application
By selecting one of the following links you will open the Department of Business and Professional Regulations' (DBPR) web page that provides a complete explination of licensure requirements (resident and nonresident) and access to online and downloadable applications.
Instructor's License
There is no class required for the instructor's permit. The instructor's test is just like the broker test. However, the failure rate for instructors is higher than the failure rate for brokers. That's why MSI offers a two day instructor preparation workshop.
