Why do some salespeople stay stuck in their old unsuccessful ways? They’ve tried affirmations, goal setting and diligently strive to keep a positive mental attitude. Nothing seems to work. No matter how hard they try; no matter how badly they want to change; they stay stuck.

That’s what started me on my quest. I wasn’t interested in occasional or temporary change. I wanted to be able to deliberately, easily and permanently change and teach others to do the same for themselves.

My first breakthrough occurred while I was teaching at Florida State College. I started using Neuro-Linguistic Programming strategies, Embedded Commands and Subliminal Messaging to help my student’s retain and be able to access critical information when they needed it. This new approach worked beyond my wildest dreams. Students would come to me and said that they heard me talking in their head while reading test questions during their exam.

With my classroom success I knew I was on the right track and decided to test these techniques with salespeople and selling strategies. So I developed the Subliminal Selling Secrets™ Workshop. As it turned out, the NLP strategies, along with Embedded Commands and Subliminal Messaging worked for salespeople. Many salespeople put their personal and selling careers into hyper-drive after attending the Subliminal Selling Secrets™ Workshop. However, some salespeople told me that no matter how hard they tried, no matter how badly they wanted to implement these new skills they couldn’t. They said they were stuck in their old ways and didn’t know how they could change.

I knew these salespeople didn’t want more selling techniques or motivational coaching. They wanted to be able to implement change. They knew that if they were able to change they would put their personal and sales career into hyper-drive. But they were unsuccessful no matter how hard they tried, change eluded them.

I went back to the basics and reviewed every technique and strategy that I was teaching. This is how I came across the final piece of the puzzle. As soon as I read it I knew it was the missing piece. NLP recognizes that the human mind responds in certain ways to certain stimuli and that those internal responses can be modified in such a way as to influence and direct behavior. These salespeople didn’t modifying their internal responses. So I worked with a few salespeople and taught them the techniques they could use to modify their internal responses. With this new knowledge they were able to quickly and easily implement the techniques they learned at the Subliminal Selling Secrets™ Workshop. They were able to change.

That’s how the Complete Transformation™ Workshop began. This workshop is focused on only one thing … quick easy and lasting change. The workshop is an interactive experience that you will use to make changes to enhance your selling and personal performance. However, I ‘m not a magician I will not force you to make any change. My goal is to provide you with the right information that you will use to program yourself for peak performances. Everything else is up to you.
